1. Receive the interview notice

Candidates who do not receive an interview notice within the prescribed time or have not participated in the interview at the prescribed time and place, and the interview is eligible, and the post will no longer be supplemented.

2. Interview time and place

3. Interview object

According to the written test score, the interview candidates are determined from the ratio of the number of recruitment positions from high to low. The number of people is determined according to the number of people who fail to reach the proportion; 9 people in our center are shortlisted for interviewers (see Annex 1).

Fourth, interview content and method

The interview adopts a structured interview method. Mainly test whether the examiner has the comprehensive ability quality required by the work. The interview time is 8 minutes.

Candidates with a total score of less than 60 will cancel the qualifications to be hired; the number of participants is less than or equal to the number of recruitment positions, and cannot reflect the principle of "competition and best selection". The total score of the proposed staff must reach 65 points.

5. Interview procedure

Candidates must abide by the prevention and control policies of the epidemic situation where the test site is located and obey on -site management. Enter the test site, strictly implement temperature measurement, scanning code (site code, health code, itinerary code), verification (48 -hour kernel acid detection negative proof, electronics, paper can be available), wearing masks, etc. The specific epidemic prevention and control requirements are subject to the information of the interview notice. When taking the exam, you must show the interview notice, the valid resident ID card (consistent with the registration), and the "Shanxi Province Digital Health Guidance Center 2022 Public Recruitment staff health management information commitment" (Annex 2), which is filled in. Healthy green code, itinerary code, and 48 -hour kernel test negative proof is copied on the back of the commitment letter. Those who lack relevant certification materials and documents shall not take the exam.

(1) Report and sorting of interviewers. Those who have not admitted within the prescribed time are deemed to be eligible for the interview automatically, and the position will no longer be supplemented. Candidates submitted their personal communication tools and verified by the staff, and entered the waiting room for the exam.

(2) Start the interview. The interviewer entered the examination room under the guidance of the staff according to the lottery serial number.

6. Precautions

According to the state and our province's epidemic prevention and control dynamic regulations, candidates must consciously do their own health management to avoid going to high -risk areas and overseas in the epidemic, and actively reduce going out and unnecessary gathering and personnel contact. Candidates should do a good job of personal protection and have their own medical surgical masks. If there are other special circumstances and requirements, the interview notice. For those who violate the province's normalized epidemic prevention and control of the province, those who concealed, falsely reported the history of residence, contact history, and health status, or do not cooperate with epidemic prevention work, will be held accountable in accordance with laws and regulations and cancel the qualifications for interviews.

Those who have one of the following situations shall not enter the test site to take the exam:

1. On -site inspection found that there are symptoms such as abnormal body temperature (≥37.3 ° C) or continuous cough, fatigue, and decreased smell, and the risk of infectious diseases cannot be ruled out by the on -site medical staff;

2. Shanxi health code non -green code;

3. Can not provide negative proof of kernel acid test 48 hours before the test start;

4. Do not wear masks in accordance with regulations;

5. Other situations that cannot enter the test site to take the exam.

According to the order of the total score from high to low, the candidates for medical examinations and inspections are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 intended to recruit. The medical examination and inspection are organized by our center.
