It was fully completed in October 2021 and was fully put into use in the spring semester of 2022. The second phase of the project has invested 73 million yuan to build one gymnasium and library. The second phase of the project library started construction in late March 2022.

There are currently 30 classes in the second grade (1), (2), and (3) of the Chinese and Western Campus of Minle Lezi, with a total of 1,837 students. All basic teaching facilities and equipment in the school are all equipped, various living security work such as water and electricity heating operates normally, and the education and teaching work is carried out normally.
