Nanhua University held a 2022 summer student safety work meeting

In order to allow the students who stayed in the school to have a fulfilling, happy and safe summer vacation, on the morning of June 30, Nanhua University held a 2022 summer student safety work meeting. Relevant leaders of the school's Ministry of Industry, Security Office, Youth League Committee, and Logistics Services Department, Director of Studies Work Office of colleges and colleges and colleges and colleges attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Kuang Yong, deputy minister of the Ministry of Academic and Industry.

At the meeting, the relevant persons in charge of each department introduced the school's measures to enrich the summer vacation of students from learning, life and other aspects. Teacher Liu Yang, deputy secretary of the school Youth League Committee, announced the establishment of an interim Student Union. Gao Peng, deputy chairman of the school student union, served as the interim executive chairman. She expressed her hope that the students would strengthen the contact with the teacher and the student union and use the holiday to do a good job of social practice. Quan Xiaoqing, deputy director of the Logistics Management Center, reads and expresses the summer logistics service arrangements. The Logistics Department will effectively implement the service to the students, and then announce the opening time of the back canteen to adjust the background in the summer vacation and the contact information of each responsible unit. Teacher Song Jianye of the Security Department preached the summer campus defense work, reminding students that staying at school in the summer vacation should pay attention to anti -theft and fraud, and do a good job of fire safety work to strengthen safety awareness. The deputy minister of the Ministry of Academic and Industry, Kuang Yong, read out the safety precautions of students in the summer. He emphasized the importance of summer vacation management. In response to the safety of dormitory, students need to keep in mind and have a united, tense, serious and lively holiday.

The students who attended the school expressed their sincere gratitude to the school's care and help. Students said that they would use their holidays to check their leaks and supplements, actively participate in social practice, and lay the foundation for the new semester and enrich themselves.

After the meeting, the colleges organized students to stay in the school, held the college's summer student work conference, conveyed and implemented the spirit of the school's summer student safety work conference, and emphasized the precautions and psychological safety of the summer.
