On June 18, 2022, the Fifth (2022) National Human Resources Decision Simulation Contest final successfully concluded. The "HR Elite" team composed of students from the International Business School, Zhao Ge, Wang Haiyun, and Wang Haiwen, a student of Wang Haiwen, finally ranked seventh with 85.55 points and won the National Second Prize! The competition was guided by the teacher Ren Juanmei, a teacher of human resources management.

The competition is divided into two stages: the preliminary round and the national finals. The "HR Elite" team shines in the preliminary round. It crushes many teams with the second place's excellent results and stands out from the 479 teams to advance to the final. The final is fast, that is, the 6 -phase decision -making, 40 minutes each, the "HR Elite" team has successfully completed the competition by connecting exchanges.

The organizer is the decision -making simulation professional committee of the China Management Modernization Research Association. The National Human Resources Decision Sims Competition adopts Bizsim Human Resources Management Decision Simulation System Competition. Each participating team represents a virtual enterprise, and decision simulation is carried out on schedule. At the beginning of the month, each company needs to formulate operating decisions in this month, including human resource planning, salary design, recruitment, training, personnel deployment, performance management, financial management and operation Management, etc. Evaluation indicators are: previous scores, ordinary shareholders' equity, net profit in the current period, net profit per yuan, net profit per capita, employee retention rate, production efficiency, and product qualification rate. The weight of various indicators depends on the simulation scenario, and is released in the simulation rules. The software evaluates the comprehensive results and rankings based on the operating performance.
