In May 2022, the newly revised "Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China" was officially implemented, which increased the provisions of "enhanced vocational education adaptability". Vigorously develop vocational education and enhance the adaptability of vocational education. It is not only an important way to cultivate high -quality technical and technical talents and deepen vocational education reform, but also the meaning of building a high -quality education system. At present, we should give full play to the "guide" function of the new vocational education law, clarify the connotation and essence of vocational education adaptability, and promote the continuous improvement of vocational education adaptability.

Resonance with the times as the times. In order to fully adapt to the new business format of education reform and development, the new vocational education law has completed the first "big repair" in 26 years, and has achieved significant breakthroughs in improving the recruitment system, unblocking the entrance and promotion channels, and creating a fair employment environment. The development of vocational education in my country is also the process of adjusting the evolution of vocational education to continuously adapt to social evolution. In the 1950s, in the face of the situation of being abolished, vocational education cultivated and transported a large number of labor workers for the construction of the New China industrial system. During this period, people received vocational education was mostly initiative and obligation. With the development and progress of the economy and society, the content and form of education are becoming more and more diverse, and vocational education has gradually become cold. One of the goals of the Vocational Education Law is "building a strong country, a strong human resources, and a skilled society". The value contained in it is to reverse the development of vocational education and achieve the same frequency of the development and progress of vocational education. In summary, effectively enhancing vocational education adaptability and enhanced the social recognition and acceptance of vocational education is the general trend of vocational education echoing the progress of the times.

Adapt to diversified learning demands. The new vocational education law stipulates that "the state implements the system for receiving the necessary vocational education before employment or before employment." Based on this, enhancing the adaptability of vocational education is to allow vocational education to cover and meet the diverse learning demands of various types of education at all levels, and serve the ability to improve life for life.

Serving social development needs. The new vocational education law stipulates that "the people's governments at all levels should incorporate the development of vocational education into the national economic and social development plan, and promote the overall deployment and coordinated implementation of employment and entrepreneurship and promoting development methods, industrial structure adjustment, technological optimization and upgrading." On the one hand, a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial changes accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, updating iterations, and promoting the "vomiting new" in professional classification. In order to always maintain the timeliness of service development, vocational education should have the ability to capture the content and methods of the training content and methods of developing the content and methods of the training of skill talents with keen capture industry and career development. On the other hand, majors are bridges for vocational colleges to establish contact with society. The key capabilities and necessary character that should have the development of the skill talent service industry in the professional cluster framework will directly affect the training model, curriculum setting, enrollment category, development direction, and social reputation of vocational colleges. Therefore, vocational education should have the ability to effectively connect the education chain and the industry chain to improve the ability of skill talents and accurate escort industrial transformation and upgrading.

Integrate various educational resources. Vocational education emphasizes the practical ability of students to serve the needs of regional economic development. Under the framework of type education and education, the construction of a high -level skills talent knowledge system is a process of matching the two in occupational capabilities as the industry. This determines that vocational education cannot teach its own knowledge of the school, or rely on the school's own textbooks, teachers, equipment and other teaching resources to conduct vocational skills training. The new vocational education law provides a legal basis and the protection of the rule of law for the high -quality development of vocational education.
