Among them The activity of the joints is limited. The question comes, what is passive shoulder joint activity? Passive shoulder joints refer to the arc of the shoulder joints by the external force. This external force refers to the assistance of others or the other limb auxiliary. Simply put, your arm is raised, and others cannot be raised with the help of others. Another question is what is limited by the shoulder -to -shoulder joint rotation activity at the shoulder position or different angles? That is, your upper arm is expanded by different angles next to your body, and you cannot complete it when you do the outward rotation.

Frozen shoulders are a continuous process, which have the characteristics of staged pain and limited joint activity. Although some patients may complain about few or have no functional limits, it is generally that the minor to the medium -level pain and joint activity can be limited to 12 months to 18 months after the onset.

So what should this frozen shoulder home recovery and what actions do you do? One of the main ways is to do passive stretching exercises.
