In order to block the spread of epidemic and spread as soon as possible, prevent the spread of the epidemic risk, the Urumqi epidemic prevention and control work headquarters deployed and issued a notice overnight, and decided to implement temporary static management on key urban areas to effectively protect the lives of the people of all ethnic groups. From 8 o'clock on August 10, 2022, temporary static static management is implemented in Tianshan District, Shaybak District, Watermaying District, High -tech Zone (New City), Economic Development Zone (Tutun River District), and Midong District. Measures are tentatively set for five days.

All streets (townships) and communities (villages) in key urban areas in the city implement static management. In principle, the community, units, and courtyards only retain one entrance. In addition to the inspection of nucleic acid testing, medical rescue, emergency rescue, production and living supply, garbage treatment, administrative law enforcement, etc. in the static management area, all residents must not go out. All kinds of personnel participating in the prevention and control of the epidemic and urban security work are through the relevant documents.
