· Studies have shown that lower social status is related to the low total sleep time, while higher education level, economic income and status are significantly related to improving sleep efficiency and longer sleep time. In a sleep survey of 50 celebrities around the world, the sleep time is less than 6 hours, only 7, while more than six hours.

· Insufficient sleep can also affect vision, hearing, tactile, taste, and smell. The weakening of perception sensitivity may make people seek stronger stimulus to be awake. It may be precisely because of the paralysis of consciousness that people are more indifferent to others, but they are more self -centered.

· Setting the pain and stress may not be time, but the time you spend on sleep and dreaming. Studies have shown that sleep can heal and repair emotions. The same tricky thing, when I slept, I felt the pressure may not be so great.
