In order to ensure the cleaning and disinfection of cateringware and ensure the safety of the general public to go out for dining, the Liuzhou Market Supervision Bureau will carry out disinfection tableware supervision and sampling work in the city, including national pumping, district pumping, and city dumping. The special rating of food safety is strictly implemented in accordance with the GB 14934-2016 standard. At the same time, the supervision and random inspection venues will cover all kinds of catering service units as much as possible, including: centralized cleaning and disinfection enterprises, restaurants (large, large, medium, small), canteens (institutions, schools, enterprises and institutions, construction sites) , Snack bar, fast food restaurant, beverage shop, collective meal distribution unit and central kitchen, online food business platform, etc.

As of now, the Liuzhou Market Supervision Bureau has completed the city's special evaluation of food safety evaluation supervision and sampling inspection. At the same time, municipal disinfection tableware supervision and random inspection have been carried out in an orderly manner.
