Beixi Natural Gas Pipeline Company temporarily closed the two branches of the "Beixi-1" to carry out conventional maintenance. German Cade Natural Gas Transportation Company said on the 20th that the 10 -day routine maintenance work ended at 6:00 on the 21st, and it is estimated that the volume of gas transmission will be consistent with the level before maintenance. The company is responsible for operating the "Beixi-1" pipeline in the two natural gas receiving points of the Rubbin Ming in northern Germany.
In mid -June, Russia's Natural Gas Industry Co., Ltd. (Russia) reducing the amount of gas in Germany by nearly 60%on the grounds that the Siemens Company did not delivered to Russia in a timely manner. According to Siemens, the parts were sent to Canada for repair, but it was unable to be returned due to Canada's sanctions on Russia. According to the Russian "Business News", the turbine is being transported back and is expected to arrive in Russia on the 24th.
However, Russia said in social media on the 20th that it has not yet received a formal document for Siemens' company to ensure the return of the rebuketime turbine. Providing such formal documents and subsequent repairs to other components will directly affect the safe operation of the "Beixi-1" pipeline.
The "Beixi-1" pipeline was completed in 2011. It starts from Russia Veylon in the east and leads to Germany via the bottom of the Baltic Sea. Russia is the largest shareholder of Beixi Natural Gas Pipeline Company.
