Serma Ballat and Elma Harris are the oldest twin sisters in the UK. According to the BBC report on August 4, the two just celebrated their 103 birthday and shared their longevity secrets with reporters in front of the camera: a drink before going to bed every day.

"Can you tell us the secret of longevity?" The reporter asked.

In this regard, Ballat will attribute longevity to the love of food. And Harris said that Bailan and lemonade are "great heroes."
