He said that the United States proposed to implement an inspection in Russia in the next few days, which is a direct "inducement" that Russia temporarily withdraws relevant facilities from the inspection activity stipulated in the treaty. The Russian side urged the United States to give up actions that helpless the problem solving, continue to cooperate closely, and restart the verification activities specified by the treaty as soon as possible on the basis of reality and fairness, which will conform to the interests of both Russia and the United States.
