Rogov said, "Ukraine will soon find nothing, because we will obviously save the nuclear power plant and seal it." He also said that due to the damage to the transmission line in the control area controlled by Ukraine, there was a problem with the power transmission of electricity.

It is reported that the Zaparo Nuclear Power Station was attacked by artillery and fire on the 11th, causing parts of the device cooling water system and other devices to be damaged. According to Rogov, a cannon shell flew from 10 meters away from the nuclear fuel library.
