Russian President Putin signed an order on August 15 to award the title and medal of women who raised 10 or more children.According to the command, people who receive the title of "Hero Mother" will also receive a prize of 1 million rubles (about 110,000 yuan).

The Soviet Supreme Soviet Presidium promulgated the establishment of the "Hero Mother" medal on July 8, 1944.After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the title of "Hero Mother" was abolished in Russia.
