It is reported that the Supreme Legal officials in Scotland have agreed to submit it to the Supreme Court of the UK, and the documents will be delivered on the afternoon of the 28th local time.

Scotland held an independent referendum on September 18, 2014. However, under the opposition of 55%of voters, Scotland failed to achieve independence.

If Stekin's plan is approved, Scotland will conduct an independent referendum again in 10 years.

Stekin said she would write to British Prime Minister Johnson, asking the government to formally agree to vote.

According to Scottish law, any referendum that affects the British Constitution must be authorized by the British government and parliament. The British government had previously stated that "it is not time for the referendum again." Johnson also expressed his hope that Scotland and the British government would cooperate.

Stekin said that if the court ruled that Scotland had no right to hold a referendum, she said that she would continue to implement the independent plan, and the next election will become a "de facto referendum." Stergin is the leader of the party, and she is likely to use political parties to continue to promote Scotland independence.
