Xinhua News Agency, Kabul, July 1st (Reporter Zou Xuenian) Ahhong Zada, the top leader of Taliban, Afghanistan, attended the Afghanistan Conference (also known as the Great National Conference) on July 1 and delivered a speech, calling on overseas Afghan merchants to return to China.

In the speeches broadcast by local media in Afghanistan, Ahhong Zada said that because foreign aids cannot rebuild the economy of Afghanistan, I hope that Afghan merchants overseas can return to China to invest in construction.
