Our hospital hosts a dialogue meeting of the 19th Sino -American Young Scholar Scholar

From June 29-30, 2022, the China Institute of International Institutes held a video conference on the 19th Sino-US Young Scholars Dialogue. The theme of the conference is "Differential control, expanding cooperation -putting the veins for centuries of Sino -US relations". Dean Xu Bu gave the opening speech.

In his speech, Dean Xu Bu said that China and the United States, as the world's great power, must not only promote the development of relations between the two countries along the correct track, but also bear the international responsibility, maintain and practice true multilateralism, and be the peace and peace of the world. Stable and development make efforts. At present, Sino -US relations are facing difficulties. I hope that Chinese and American young scholars will discuss in -depth discussions, enhance their understanding, and promote the healthy and stable development of Sino -US relations.

From the China Institute of International Issues, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Modern International Relations, the Tsinghua University Strategy and Security Research Center, Renmin University of China, Fudan University, and the National Committee of the United States and China Relations, the University of California, Santa Barbara, and the China -US Research Center , The University of Tennessee, the Global Committee of Chicago, the Naval Analysis Center, and 17 Chinese and American experts and scholars from the University of Hong Kong attended the meeting. In -depth discussions, and put forward constructive opinions on promoting the stable development of Sino -US relations.

The "Sino -US Young Scholars Dialogue" project was initiated by the China International Institute in 2011. So far, more than 100 young and young scholars who have invited China and the United States who are engaged in foreign policy and Sino -US relations have been invited to participate in the meeting. Important platforms have received a good response in the Chinese and American academia.
