1. The age of the players is under 18 years of age, and men and women are unlimited. They can register in the form of individuals and combinations. The number of participants in each group does not exceed 5. The contestants are required to have a certain foundation and stage performance ability.

2. Participants must be played by ethnic instruments, their own instruments, unlimited types of ethnic instrument music, and unlimited performance forms. Two songs are selected (the preliminary competition and final tracks are different).

3. The preliminary round is the line of Shanghai, adopts the online registration method (see the QR code at the bottom). After the contestants record the video, the file is named "Name+Witches" and sent to the designated mailbox [email protected]. Separate, clean, no noise, the size is 1080 × 1920px, the format can be any of MP4, MPG, MOV, AVI, MKV, FLV.

1. Registration players will participate in the preliminary round, and the final list is announced after the judges.

2. The track must be fully performed. If there is accompaniment, the original sound of the participating instrument cannot appear in the accompaniment.

3. The form of participation is not limited. You can play, entertain, ensemble and other folk music performances.

4. The performance time of the preliminary round is not more than 5 minutes, and the final track is not more than 8 minutes. During the finals, the player score was scored by the on -site judges and scored an average score.

There are 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and three third prizes. The first prize is 1,000 yuan, the second prize is 500 yuan, and the third prize is 300 yuan. Several souvenirs are issued in the finals of the finals. All finals participants issued certificates.

3. Participants need to hold a health code and 48 -hour nucleic acid negative certificate.

4. Each player is only accompanied by one parent, bring his own mask and personal protective supplies, and actively cooperate with the staff to measure the body temperature, check the application code, and scan the place code. The heating personnel must not enter the field, and unrelated personnel are not allowed to enter.
