Qilu.com · Lightning News August 18th August 18th, the Western Division of the Shandong Provincial Health Qigong Station in 2022 started at the Texas Sports Center. This competition was hosted by the Shandong Health Qigong Management Center and the Shandong Health Qigong Association, and was organized by the Texas Education and Sports Bureau. A total of 112 Health Qigong enthusiasts including Jinan, Zaozhuang, Jining, Tai'an, Texas, Liaocheng, and Binzhou participated.

There are four projects: Health Qigong · Yijin Meridian; Health Qigong · Five Poultry Drama; Health Qigong · Dance; Health Qigong · Qi Dance. One day during the game, the first place of the four projects will participate in the provincial finals.

Health Qigong has the characteristics of fitness, cultivation, health, and health. It is an excellent traditional Chinese fitness project and plays an important role in national fitness.
