5. Competition project:

Men's Grade B, C -level group competition and women's group competition (hereinafter referred to as Bye B, Siege C, and Women's Group)

6. Participation unit:

A total of 16 teams around B, the 15th and 16th teams of the Men's Siege League in 2020, and won the 3rd to 16th team in the men's class B team competition in 2020.

The Bing and Women's Teams are all occupations such as the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, units of the plan, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, the PLA, and the Industry Sports Association and the Chinese Go Association approved.

Seven, qualifications:

(1) The unit participating in the B and Cing C can report 4 male players, 1 leader, and 1 coach. In principle, the participant is a professional chess player registered in the Chinese Go Association. The business players reported by each team must not exceed 2, of which overseas players can only borrow one. Women's professional chess players can participate in the men's group competition after being declared and approved.

(2) The unit participating in the women's group can report 3 female chess players, one leader or coach. There must be at least one unit registered in the registered player, otherwise the registration will be invalid. Each team is allowed to borrow 2 professional chess players, of which overseas players can only borrow one.

(3) The registration unit has direct management responsibilities for the leader, coach and entry players they reported. The leader should be held by the staff of the unit, and the coach should be the professional chess player.

(4) Participants in each team must purchase personal accident insurance (including the competition and the trip). Personal accidents caused by personal reasons during the competition are responsible.

(5) In view of the current period of the epidemic, the participating units are required to actively cooperate with the organizing committee to do a good job of the epidemic prevention and control:

1. Each participating unit personnel must perform nucleic acid detection (the cost is paid by the participating units) after arriving in the area.

2. During the registration, the participating units must submit the "Healthy Promise" signed and report to the Chinese Go Association.

3. Leaders, coaches, and chess players will settle in the hotel to settle in the hotel, limited the event area during the competition.

4. Do a good job of public opinion management of sports teams and shall not make improper remarks in the media.

8. Competition method:

(1) The latest Go competition rules approved by the Chinese Go Association.

(2) The teams who have not registered the competition are deemed to be abstained and do not replace the bench.

(3) The teams of each team are determined at the time of registration. Each team can arrange the order in accordance with the level of the chess level or the latest level (as of April 30, 2021). As long as the above two principles are violated at different times, they are allowed to be scheduled by themselves. The number of foreign aids is not limited. Men's amateur chess players can only report the fourth, women's amateur chess players can only report the second and third.

(4) Eight rounds, enclosure, and women's groups are arranged for seven rounds of points. The arrangement of the competition is completed by the computer. It uses Yu Bin's latest version of the 2018 arrangement software. Each team can check the results of the arrangement at the designated score announcement at 8 o'clock on the night of the game.

(5) The scoring method of the competition: 2 points for each game per game, 0 points in the negative game. If the bureau is scored 2 points, the bureau is scored 0 points, and the game points are scored 1 point each. The team's team has 2 points and 0 points in the bureau. Don't remember the opponent. 9. Discipline of the field: 1. Entering the field must wear valid documents.

X. Referee and Arbitration Commission:

(1) The referee is appointed by the Chinese Go Association, and a few referees selected by the Chinese Go Association will be notified separately. The organizer selected referees above the first level to serve as the referee.

(2) Arbitration committee. The scope of personnel composition and responsibilities shall be implemented in accordance with the Regulations of the Arbitration Commission. (3) The lottery work was co -chaired by the referee with the conference competition team.

12. Registration and reporting:

(4) Each team can report to the conference two days before the game.
