My hometown was in Heilongjiang, Northeast China. In 2015, I came to Chengdu with my children. According to a table tennis friend, I joined the ping -pong class in the high -tech zone Zhonghe Elderly University. In 2016, the high -tech zone Zhonghe Elderly University established the culvert class on the table. My lover joined this class first. In 2018, I also joined the curling class of the desk of Zhonghe Elderly University with my lover. The ice pot ball on the table is a new sports project that we are innovative and promoted by our Chengdu people. Once launched, it was strongly supported by Chengdu Old Sports Association and Sichuan Old Sports Association, and was included in the provincial and municipal elderly games. Essence On the basis of the ice pot ball on the table, on the basis of the ice cuckoo, the equipment and venue of the movement were transformed and innovated, and the campaign on the ice was changed to the movement on the table. In recent years, I have also made a lot of kung fu to study the technology and tactics of the curved ball on the table, and practice basic skills. At the same time, I also participated in the league of the Cirbal Ball Club on the table in Chengdu, the Icepug ball on the table of the 6th Elderly Sports Club in Chengdu, the cinka ball game of the Ninth Sichuan Senior Sports Club, the high -tech zone league branch, CITIC The Bank Cup League, Ningbo City Tour, Chengdu Single Competition, Chengdu Section Competition, etc. In these events, they have won group championships, singles runner -up, third runner -up, mixed thirds, and sections to the highest section of Chengdu.

By participating in competitions at all levels, my ball skills are continuously improved, and I love this innovative sports. The new type of sports on the table is a sports project that integrates entertainment, leisure, puzzle, fitness, and competition. It is also an elegant gentleman movement. The two players who participated in this sport did not have physical contact and confrontation, and almost no exercise damage. People of any age can participate. It is suitable for all ages.

I participated in this movement and on the basis of improving the level, I want to promote it in the community. I now live in Shenghua Community in Tianfu Second Street, Gaoxin District. I have set up a churching team on the table and registered as members. I often ask the coaches of the Chengdu Club for training. At present, there are about 60 registered team members.

In 2019, I wrote a paper on "The Innovation and Development of Belgow Balls on the Desk" and was named the first prize of the 15th scientific papers of the Chengdu Old Sports Association. I also recorded a game in the language of poetry, and made a beautiful chapter on the tabletable poems on the table, so that the curling balls on the table not only had innovation, there were events, technologies, tactics, poetry and far away.
