The sales price of new and second -hand housing in Xi'an in July continued to rise

On the 18th, data from the Xi'an Investigation Team of the National Bureau of Statistics showed that the sales prices of new and second -hand housing in Xi'an continued to rise in July.

In July, the sales price of new commercial housing in Xi'an rose 0.6%month -on -month, an increase of 0.3 percentage points from the previous month; a year -on -year increase of 4.1%, a narrowing of 0.1 percentage points from the previous month.The sales price of second -hand housing rose 0.3%month -on -month, the increase expanded by 0.2 percentage points from the previous month, a decrease of 0.7%year -on -year, and the decrease of 0.3 percentage points.

Based on the month -on -month increases from high to low, among 70 large and medium cities, there are 30 cities with sales prices of new commercial housing, 40 cities with decline, and 6th in Xi'an.
