Through the analysis of Xiao Mou, it was found that Liu Mouyao, Liu Mouhua and others of the fellow were likely to be members of overseas fraud gangs.

On December 21, 2021, Xiao was arrested by the police. Under the policies and persuasion of the police, Xiao regretted his actions and truthfully explained the crime of fraud in northern Myanmar.

The police successfully locked the eight criminal suspects such as Liu Mouyao, Liu Mouhua, and Liu by investigating Xiao Mou's social relationship and Xiao Mou's crimes. Then the investigators went to the provinces in other provinces to launch a lot of arrests. All eight criminal suspects were arrested and brought to justice. After review, eight criminal suspects all truthfully confess to the criminal facts of "loan" fraud and "recruiting" fraud in Myanmar to establish or join the fraud company in Myanmar.
