The Beilin Branch of the Xi'an Public Security Bureau issued a police report on the incident and said that in August, the "Xi'an Community Security Based on Baste Baste Beating Orders", the bureau attached great importance to it and immediately launched an investigation. After investigation, at 2 pm on August 5, 2022, Li Mouqiang, a takeaway delivery person, sent takeaway to a community in a south road in Huancheng.
