The second is to steadily promote the construction of cultural positions in rule of law. Successively built the theme parks of the Law Culture of the East, the Cultural Park of Sanchong Village, and the theme of the Civil Code of the Community of the Old Court. Create a batch of rule of law literary works and perform broadcasts across the county to create a strong cultural atmosphere of rule of law. The third is to do a good job of legal knowledge training for the presence of law popularization. Combining the key work and main responsibilities of the rural construction of the rule of law, conduct legal knowledge and practical capabilities for the Pushing Public Propaganda Team to further enhance business capabilities.

Further hold a lecture on rural rule of law. Established the "Eighth Five -Year Plan" Lector Team of the county, and walked into the countryside to hold a lecture on the rule of law to explain legal knowledge, provide legal consultation, and legal services for the masses.
