The prosecutor handling the case further understands the situation from the human and social departments and believes that administrative penalties are not improper. In order to better resolve contradictions and synchronize the case handling and interpretation, the Shengsi County Procuratorate held a public hearing on the case and invited local people's congress representatives and people's supervisors to participate in the hearing.
