At present, the man has been arrested by the police and has been investigated for suspected obstruction of official affairs.

The online video shows that the two law enforcement officers' bodies are close to the hood of a silver car, constantly shouting to the car, trying to stop the vehicle. However, the driver of the car still started the vehicle and dragged two law enforcement officers to dozens of meters away. Subsequently, the car accelerated the right turn, and a man on the roadside threw a shared bicycle into the bottom of the car, trying to stop the car to slow down.

It is understood that the incident was near the horse farm road in Hexi District, Tianjin. Witnesses Mr. Zhang (Hua Name) told reporters that at 8 am on the 8th, when he drove through the racecourse, he saw two law enforcement officers preparing to stop a car. But the driver did not stop, but was ready to take ahead. "The two law enforcement officers climbed on the car cover." Mr. Zhang said that after the car was driving for two or three hundred meters in the law enforcement officer, the two law enforcement officers got out of the car and the driver of the car drove away.

On July 8th, the official Weibo of the Hexi Branch of the Tianjin Public Security Bureau issued a notice saying that on the morning of the 8th, the law enforcement officer of Hexi Detachment, the Hexi Detachment of Tianjin Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team, was inspected near the intersection of the Horse Farm Road and Chongqing Road in Hexi District to check the passenger taxi car. As soon as the driver (male) was checked, he refused to accept the inspection, bumped off the roof and dragged two law enforcement officers, and then fled the scene, causing two law enforcement officers to abuse.

At noon on the same day, the public security organs seized the driver Cui Gan (37 years old) and the case was investigated in accordance with the law for suspected obstructing public duties.
