Since the Ukrainian crisis has been upgraded, bottled rapeseed oil and sunflower seed oil have been out of stock in German supermarkets, and many stores are purchased in limited editions. Bar manager Eric Hofman said that the kitchen of the bar requires an average of 30 liters of food oil per week, but currently only 15 liters can be bought. Due to the shortage of edible oil, the bar sometimes cannot even fried.

The price of 1 liter beer in the German bar is about 7 euros (about RMB 47.7), while the retail price of a 1 -liter sunflower oil is about 4.5 euros (about 30.7 yuan). Therefore, this activity is a cost -effective transaction for many consumers.
