NT: The United States is undergoing a crisis of housing shortages. Young people are broken in American dreams

China Well -off Network, July 20th. Old Malaysia is experiencing a housing crisis. Or more accurately, it is multiple housing crisis. Large -scale housing shortages in major cities have led to soaring rents. People with low -income and middle income found their prices were excluded from the most opportunities. The homeless phenomenon is rampant in cities across the country. In a place where new housing is needed, developers often face the biggest obstacles. More and more young people have regarded the house as an important part of the American Dream.

The New York Times NT commented that these results were not inevitable. Many other countries provide high -quality housing for their population at a lower price. The solution here is very simple: build more housing in the place you need, build cheaper housing forms, build housing next to public transport, and provide more housing vouchers. So why don't we take this action?

We should discuss why the states with the highest homeless rates are ruled by the Democratic Party and the root of the United States' homeless crisis. Building more housing, then GDP is higher today.

Why is it so difficult to build housing in the most needed place?
