Mnarta Gurva said that the Jin government is currently building a new city of Hamapa to alleviate the congestion of Haralay. The New Council Building is a landmark building in Hampi Mountaineering New Town. In the future, the Tianjin government will invest more resources in this area to accelerate development and build it into the most important satellite city of Harale.

Cai Libo, the project manager of the Zimbabwe Council of Zimbabwe, a construction party, said that the Zimbabwe New Council Building is China's largest aid project in southern Africa with a total construction area of ​​33,000 square meters and completed at the end of May this year. After the project is completed, the Shanghai Construction Industry Group will also provide two -year maintenance services.
