[Local Procuratorate] Taiyuan Jiaoyan: Issuing judicial assistance for 29 migrant workers in different places

Recently, the Procuratorate of the Jiaoya District Procuratorate in Taiyuan City took the initiative to discover and actively act, and successfully handled 29 judicial assistance cases such as Xu.

Retrospective

Xu Mou and other 29 migrant workers in the Jiacao District Procuratorate, Chen, refused to pay the victims in the case of labor remuneration. They were all employees in foreign provinces and went to work in different cities all year round. From September 2020 to January 2021, 29 migrant workers were employed by Chen in a company in our city. After the work, the company paid a total of 800,000 yuan to Chen. After the project funds, it was not paid to the workers' salary.

The Procuratorate of the Jiaota Tibetan District found the clue of the judicial assistance in the case, actively performing duties, and conducted in -depth investigations. Because 29 migrant workers worked in other provinces, it was not convenient to come to the rescue items in person. The personnel immediately contacted each migrant worker through the phone, and inform each worker in detail to apply for the materials that need to be prepared by the national judicial assistance to help the migrant workers quickly hand over materials in accordance with the law. The personnel immediately carried out review and verification, and contacted the Legal Aid Center of the Diancaibi District to hire a legal aid lawyer for each peasant worker to solve the problem of the applicant's personally visited Taiyuan to sign a document.

In the end, after being reviewed and verified by the Procuratorate of the Diaolian District, 29 migrant workers were in difficulty in family life and met the conditions for rescue. They quickly issued a total of 45,000 yuan on June 29, 2022 and July 1, solving Urgent difficulties.
