The windmill, also known as auspicious wheel, is named after its appearance exactly like wheels. It is an ancient traditional folk toy, which is continuously rotated by wind, and is loved by children. Coinciding with the coming of summer vacation, the Xiaoying Street Party Mass Service Center launched a cultural summer project. On July 17, the Xiaoying Party and Massage Center invited Mr. Wang from the Non -Heritage Living Museum of Xiaoying Street to carry out a Song Yun cultural manual experience teaching for young people.

Teacher Wang first told the historical origins of windmills for the classmates. The culture of Chinese windmills has a long history. In the "Map Lang Picture" of the Southern Song Dynasty painter Li Song, there is a small windmill inserted on the coast. The Ming Dynasty's "Emperor Jing Scenery" recorded: "Two inches of stagnation of straw, and the wrong square paper, the paper at both ends is red and green, the middle hole, with the fine bamboo Hengan rod, the wind is open to the trend, then the turn is like a wheel. Red and green are dizzy, saying windmills. Traditional windmills have dozens of production processes, which carry the beautiful wishes of the people "praying and safe". As soon as they arrive at the temple fair and market, the windmill will converge into a colorful ocean.

After introducing the allusions of the windmill, Teacher Wang opened the windmill material package and showed the students in the material pack: baffle, drum, wind wheel material ... Specific name and function.

Installing the baffle, making wind wheels, installing a small drum, inserting a small flag ... The production of windmills is a process that needs to be careful. Ignoring an inconspicuous detail may cause the windmills to be unable to rotate in the future.
