Liu Jianbo was born in 1972. He joined the public security work in 1993. He is a member of the CPC.

01 Continuous operation, he is a tough guy iron police officer

"Guarding justice is to protect Ping An. This is not only the responsibility of the people's police, but also the responsibility that this profession must have!" This is a sentence on Liu Jianbo's workbook.

In November 2009, more than 10 consecutive citizens' mobile phones were stolen in Zhongshan Street, Jiguang Street and other places in Lishui City. Liu Jianbo, the deputy director of the Vientiane Police Station and the captain of the Criminal Investigation, immediately started investigating. Through in -depth analysis, he judged that a series of cases may be the same gang.

Facing the dilemma of insufficient monitoring points, Liu Jianbo and colleagues went to the streets to squat and patrol. Through a few consecutive days of squatting, a pickpocket gang who had been committing crime was captured by the police.

Although the case is broken, the recovery of losses is the most concerned about the masses. Liu Jianbo found that the stolen mobile phone was about to be brought to the province to sell stolen goods. For more than 40 hours, he immediately rushed to Hangzhou and arrested the suspect Ma Mou and others suspected of selling stolen goods. The gang was destroyed, and more than 90 cases were broken.

"I really thanks to the police, for helping me find my phone." In just a few days, Liu Jianbo received dozens of brocade flags sent by the masses.

Repeated cases of invasion of wealth, Liu Jianbo is good at summing up experience and exploring effective technical and warfare methods. Driven by his promotion, the district also established a patrol squadron to combat street crime, and the number of cases continued to decline.

In 2021, Liu Jianbo was transferred to the instructor of the Food and Medicine Investigation Brigade of the Public Security Bureau of Liandu District.

The brigade reported that the brand trademark of Lishui was faked. Liu Jianbo has led the team to Guangdong and other places to conduct investigations. For several consecutive months of business trips, he finally locked the suspect and the production den. On November 26, 2021, Liu Jianbo led the arrest team to capture 4 criminal suspects in Chaozhou, Guangdong and Yiwu, Zhejiang, and lost more than 2 million yuan for the company's recovery.

02 punishment and evil, he is a steel warrior

In April 2018, Liu Jianbo mastered the clues of criminal criminal crimes through in -depth and detailed work. In May of that year, the branch bureau regulated police forces to conduct project investigations.

In order to ensure that the arrest operations were all lost, Liu Jianbo formulated plans in advance, carried out massive data research and judgment, and established a "one person, one gear" manual for 15 arrest objects.

On June 14, 2018, the task force launched a unified network collection operation, and the suspect Zhu Moumou was arrested. As well as commanders and investigators, Liu Jianbo participated in arrest, interrogation, evidence collection and other work, and played an important role for the smooth transfer of the case. Zhu Moumou and others were involved in black and evil cases, and the police arrested 37 suspects.

In December 2019, Liu Jianbo was remembered by the Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Department.

03 I love, and the tough guy also has tenderness

Liu Jianbo's selfless dedication, giving up the "little family" as "everyone".

In early 2020, the new coronary pneumonia's epidemic raid. On the evening of January 23, the Liandu District Public Security Branch issued an emergency notice of regulating police forces to participate in the epidemic prevention and control work.

Coinciding with the Spring Festival, Liu Jianbo took the initiative to ask for the first time to participate in the epidemic prevention and control work, becoming the first point of the first isolation point of Liandu District.

Faced with a new challenge, Liu Jianbo is good at thinking, and by establishing a series of institutions to standardize the workflow, take the lead in registering personnel information. In order to do a good job in order to maintain work, he worked for nearly 20 hours a day, stuck to rest on the spot, eat instant noodles when he was hungry, and missed the New Year's Eve dinner with his family.

In order to send the hot meals to the isolated staff, Liu Jianbo always took the lead in entering the isolation area. Due to the shortage of supplies, in order to save protective clothing, Liu Jianbo often worn for more than 10 hours.

Facing the risks that may be infected, Liu Jianbo often encourages comrades. Driven by him, a temporary party branch was established to build a strong fortress for the prevention and control of the epidemic. Until the end of September 2020, Liu Jianbo had worked for 8 months at the front line of the epidemic prevention and control. Due to his outstanding performance, Liu Jianbo was awarded by the Lishui Municipal People's Government.

For 30 years from the police, Liu Jianbo worked at the police station, public security brigade, patrol police brigade, and food and medicine ring. Every time he is on duty, he always goes up early. When he meets a task on holidays, he takes the initiative to apply for a post. He said the police must have the spirit of "old ox" with serious responsibility, diligence, and resentment.

One work and one harvest. Liu Jianbo has successively honored his second -class merit once and three times. In May this year, he was awarded the "National Outstanding People's Police".
