After the disaster, the State Grid Guanyun County Power Supply Company quickly launched an emergency response and set up an emergency headquarters in the severe affected Xiaoyi Town. The company's main leadership was personally deployed. Organize the repair forces as soon as possible, emergency dispatch vehicles and emergency supplies, and at the same time do a good job of soothing, communication, and interpretation of power outages. The power supply company has dispatched a total of 15 repair teams and 261 repair personnel, 57 repair engineering vehicles, 11 cranes, 4 excavators, and 5 special operating vehicles.

As of 13:00 on July 21, the power supply company has completed the 10KV line repair 147 kilometers and the 400V line repair 181 kilometers.
