The monitoring of the Provincial Meteorological Observatory showed that at 11:00 on July 21st, Sanmenxia, ​​Xuchang, Zhengzhou, Luohe, Jiyuan Demonstration Zone, Luoyang, and Shangqiu county appeared. Sanmenxia 33.1 mm, Zhengzhou 25.8 mm, and 25.1 mm in Jiyuan Demonstration Zone, and 17 counties (cities, districts) have 53 stations of more than 50 mm. Zhuang 70.4 mm and 67.8 mm in Xiaoli Zhuang, Xinzheng City. The minimum hourly precipitation is 54.1 mm in Wang Meng County (06-07 on the 22nd). Zhengzhou appeared in heavy rain and local heavy rain. The maximum precipitation was 67.8 mm of Xin Zheng Xiaoli Zhuang.

The Provincial Meteorological Observatory predicts that from the afternoon of the 22nd to the night, there will be middle to heavy rain north of the province, north of the Huaihe River, north of the Yellow River and eastern Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Shangqiu, Xuchang, Luohe, northern Zhoukou, eastern Nanyang, and some counties and cities in eastern Pingdingshan. Heavy rain, local heavy rain, accompanied by short -term heavy precipitation, thunderstorms and other strong convective weather; other counties and cities have small to medium rain and thunderstorms.

At 7 o'clock on the 22nd, the Provincial Meteorological Observatory issued heavy rain blue and strong blue warning. As of 11:00 on July 22, the Municipal and County Meteorological Observatory Station issued a total of 60 warning signals of heavy rain and thunderstorms, and 51 were taken into effect.
