It is an important force for Henan to realize the conversion of economic kinetic energy.

E -commerce platform is a platform for enterprises or individuals to provide online transaction negotiations. Under the digital conditions, the e -commerce platform uses information technology and third -party payment as a means, based on virtual or real trading space or venues, promoting transactions between both parties or multi -party supply and demand. By restructuring the industrial chain and value chain association, it promotes three times to promote three times Industrial integration and development. It has the characteristics of bilateral (multilateral) market attributes, cross -externality (network externality), sharing win -win, openness, and other characteristics. The "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Healthy Development of Platform Economic" pointed out the direction of e -commerce platforms as one of the eight key areas of focusing on Henan.

Henan e -commerce development advantage appears

With the rapid development of the Internet and the support of related policies, Henan e -commerce has developed rapidly and has become a new driving force for economic development. At present, industrial e -commerce has become a new engine for high -quality development in Henan's manufacturing industry. Through the industrial e -commerce platform, it can effectively connect key supplies and demand -side information, accurately grasp real -time logistics and storage information, thereby improving the production capacity and scheduling efficiency of key supplies. From the perspective of the region, Zhengzhou e -commerce development is better than other cities; from the perspective of the industry, the development of e -commerce in the manufacturing and food industry is better than other industries.

Focus on completing shortcomings and optimization ecology as the focus

In the future, we will strengthen the Henan e -commerce platform, and we must vigorously develop the online economy, promote the in -depth integration of e -commerce towards three industries, accelerate the development of e -commerce services such as agency operations, network promotion, and data mining, and actively promote the innovation of e -commerce business formats, innovation in service innovation, service innovation And management innovation, focus on cultivating and introducing platform -type enterprises and e -commerce leading enterprises, supplement Henan's e -commerce industry shortcomings, optimize e -commerce development ecosystems, and make Henan a domestic and international influential e -commerce development highland.

Cultivate and strengthen local e -commerce brands and improve the level of e -commerce market. Therefore, it is particularly important to enhance the potential energy of e -commerce brands and build a representative large e -commerce platform in Henan. Local e -commerce platforms should be encouraged to connect with the industrial Internet platform to cultivate local e -commerce marketing and operating service providers. At the same time, relying on e -commerce industrial parks and industrial clusters, actively introduce well -known domestic and foreign e -commerce platform enterprises to settle in Henan, promote the establishment of regional headquarters, increase functional headquarters such as e -commerce logistics, operations, and settlement, and drive local e -commerce high quality develop.

Build a digital life consumption system and improve the ecology of the consumer Internet platform. The platform is a virtual or real trading venue. The platform itself does not produce products, but it can promote transactions between the supply and demand between both parties or multiple parties. It should be promoted to transform and upgrade the traditional retail industry from a single model of physical stores to online and offline combination sales models, and guide the healthy development of "Internet+" consumption such as the anchor economy, live broadcast economy, and non -contact consumption, and enhance online information interaction and data sharing. Encourage retail enterprises and e -commerce platforms to use new technologies to build more new scenarios and new formats in smart retail, and improve new consumption supply ecology.

Create an e -commerce supply chain coordination platform and strengthen the integrated construction of upstream and downstream industrial chains. In the future, competition among enterprises will be competition between supply chains. The government should increase policy support, promote the institutional innovation and model innovation of the cross -border e -commerce comprehensive experimental area, deepen the study of international trade rules such as RCEP and China -Europe Investment Agreement, and promote high -quality and high standards to promote China (Zhengzhou) cross -border e -commerce Comprehensive test area construction.

Accelerate the introduction and cultivation of e -commerce professionals and establish an e -commerce entrepreneurial center.
