The employment opportunity of Beijing chose to start a business with my father. From the first batch of 600 acres of planting to the current 25,000 acres, for ten years, the olive planting industry has driven the average of more than 6,800 farmers' pure income to increase income by more than 3 times. : "After entering the high yield period in the 6th year, farmers participated in the annual dividend of land shares. If natural disasters occurred, the villagers would still have 400 pounds of rice per mu. "

Last year, she ran away by Lin Shu and set up the first "Spring Wind New Farmers Training Center" in Daliangshan. It plans to train 5,000 people each year to train a group of new farmers with skills, ideals, and pursuits to help rural revitalization. During the study of Peking University, Lin Shu Ren has organized his schoolmates and sisters to Daliangshan for public welfare studies many times in the summer vacation. At present, they cooperate with multiple foundations and regularly organize school assistance activities.

From the perspective of Lin Shuren, the development of the industry in Daliangshan is to respond to the call of the country's rural rejuvenation, and it also brings sustainable benefits to the local left -behind elderly and realizes self -worth.
