The route starts at Daao Village on the border of Putian and Fuqing. The project has a length of about 0.95 kilometers, of which 0.17 kilometers in the Fuzhou section and 0.78 kilometers of Putian section. The two -way eight lanes are constructed according to the first -level highway standard, and the design speed is 80 kilometers per hour. The total investment of the project approval is 230 million yuan, and the construction period is 30 months.

At present, the Putian Jingjiang Section of Lianqi Line has been completed and opened to traffic. The Luxi Bridge is the third passage of the Putu.
