In April 2020, the Ministry of Housing and Urban -Rural Development and Reform Commission issued the "Notice on Further Strengthening the Management of Cities and Architecture", which stated that "generally cannot build new buildings above 500 meters."

Why do ultra -high buildings restrict

According to CCTV, the construction and maintenance costs of ultra -high buildings are quite amazing, often several times that of ordinary buildings. At present, the tallest building in the world is Harry Fata, UAE, with a total height of 828 meters. Like the Harry Fa Power in Dubai in the summer of the highest cooling demand, the cooling capacity provided by about 10,000 tons of ice cubes is required.
