Among them, the two innovative development zones in Ningbo are on the list, namely Cixi Innovation Trade Digital Development Zone, and Fenghua Ningnan New City Modern Service Industry Innovation Development Zone.

The Office of the Leading Group of the Provincial Modern Service Industry Development Work issued the "Guidelines for the Construction of the Innovation and Development Zone of Zhejiang Province (Trial)" last year.
