In terms of exports, potted plants, fresh cut flowers and seedlings are the most exported flower products. In terms of imports, the largest three types of products with the largest imports are fresh cut flowers, breeding balls and potted plants, with the amount of US $ 25.809 million, US $ 22.945 million, and $ 15.152 million. Compared with the same period last year, the imports of these three types of products are declining, with a decrease of 3.17%, 11.93%, and 24.18%, respectively. In addition, the imports ranked fourth and fifth -ranked seedlings and fresh cuts and leaves, and the import volume also decreased by 33.36%and 14.84%year -on -year.

Practitioners believe that the cause of this phenomenon is due to the impact of the new crown epidemic, which leads to a decline in import volume; on the other hand, the quality of domestic goods has been continuously improved, and the market share of some imported products has been seized.

The Netherlands is the country with the most flowers to China in the first half of this year, with an export value of 32.728 million US dollars, accounting for 41.1%of the import market share. The following is Japan, Thailand, Ecuador, Spain, Kenya, South Africa, Chile, etc. Essence
