The day before, the "sharp brother" of the beard and the dust, the second day, repaired the hairstyle, shaved the beard to return to the clean and refreshing and handsome uncle. On July 20th, a mountain coffee climbing in the world's 14,000 -meter peaks and Liu Yongzhong, a resident of Shenzhen Pinghu, sent two contrast photos in the circle of friends.

The previous photo was nicknamed "Sharp Brother" by his wife. It was taken on July 18. At that time, after 36 days, he was equipped with 50 kg of luggage with a bicycle and rode from Kashgar in Xinjiang to Lhasa, Tibet. Most roads are above 5,000 meters above sea level. They encounter heavy snow, hail, heavy rain, level 10 winds, sandstorms, windy meals and sleeping all the way. part.

In September and December of this year, Liu Yongzhong also plans to set off again to complete the last two cycling of Lhasa to Xishuangbanna and Xishuangbanna to Shenzhen. It takes 5 years to complete the ring of China Riding China. The total schedule will reach 34,000 kilometers.

Can't stop after climbing all over the peak

Liu Yongzhong, born in 1968, is a resident of Longgang Pinghu. He has served as a member of the Longgang District CPPCC and Honorary President of Longgang District Climbing Association. From 2004 to 2019, he climbed 33 high -altitude mountain peaks 33 times, including 14 peaks of 14 or more distributed around the world.

Riding is another way Liu Yongzhong continues his own outdoor sports career, with strong safety. In his early years, he was a frequent visitor to the mill. Every year, he did not move to participate in the 250 -kilometer cycling event and other cities. He even went to Sanya to participate in a marathon event. He calculated the time, rode two wheels on the road in advance, ran back after running the marathon.

It was accidental to open a plan to ride China. In 2015 and 2016, he asked his friends to ride the "Internet Red Line" -the 1200 kilometers of Taiwan Ring Island Line and the Sichuan -Tibet Line of 2300 kilometers.

In early 2017, Liu Yongzhong planned to participate in the Marathon in Sanya, Hainan. When he discussed with his friends, he decided to ride back and forth. The total schedule reached 2,300 kilometers. At the end of the year, the original planned Hangzhou Marathon failed to do it for some reason. He still wanted to go to Hangzhou and decided to ride again, thereby opening a journey to China.

On November 29, 2017, Liu Yongzhong and his companions set off from Shenzhen Pinghu National Mining Park, and began the first section of Shenzhen-Hangzhou cycling, successfully completed more than 1,800 kilometers. He sent a bicycle in a friend's shop in Hangzhou and flew back to Shenzhen. In March and June 2018, the second and third rides were completed, and the bicycle exists in the Mudanjiang. In July and September 2019, a difficult ride in northwestern China was completed. From Mudanjiang to Manzhouli, to Hohhot, the total mileage of these two sections reached 3,500 kilometers and 2000 kilometers. In June and September of 2020, he completed the more difficult sixteenth Hohhot to 2,200 kilometers of Dunhuang and the seventh Dunhuang to Aksu 4,500 kilometers.

"Looking for abuse" in bad weather is also fun

Liu Yongzhong originally planned to complete the remaining three sections of cycling in 2021. I did not expect that in May 2021, when he and his partner set off from Aksu and rode to Kashgar, he had to return to Shenzhen due to the epidemic. It was not until June 6 of this year that he took a plane from Shenzhen to Kashgar again. From a friend garage, he pushed out the dusty bicycle, wiped the cheerful, and set off with 7 riders.

On this way, Liu Yongzhong rode more than 70 kilometers to more than 110 kilometers a day. Most of them were remote areas. Occasionally, they arrived in the county. Liu Yongzhong's bicycle is equipped with more than 50 kg of luggage, including tents, sleeping bags and dry food supplies.

Along the way, Liu Yongzhong and his companions slept through small hotels and inn and inn in the county town from 30 yuan to 100 yuan to set up tents in highway service stations, township cultural activity rooms, and abandoned national roads.

In fact, there are not many legendary romance at all. Although the snowy mountains passed were magnificent, the lake was calm, and the wild flowers were leisurely, the roads that were constantly going uphill and the unpredictable plateau weather made Liu Yongzhong and his companions tested.

Along the way, Liu Yongzhong was particularly unforgettable. The uphill was on the wind. When it reached the downhill, he had to walk against the wind. Some uphill and downhill sections were 30 to 40 kilometers, up to 90 kilometers, and the wilderness was mostly. You can only put on raincoats and continue to move forward. "We joked that bad weather seems to be a partner."

▲ What makes Liu Yongzhong feel the most difficult along the way is the long -distance uphill and downhill.

For example, one day, on the road from Yecheng County, Xinjiang to Ali, Tibet, during the 70 -kilometer road, the first 40 kilometers was the slow uphill Gobi Beach section. Rest under the shadow, drink saliva. I did not expect that the last 30 kilometers actually scratched a strong anti -wind wind, and it was harder to ride. When it was approaching a township, a 10 -level sandstorm was scratched. Later, it rained again. "Sharp Brother". Live in a humble hut, happy like the New Year

On June 19th, it was Father's Day, Xinjiang was snowing, and on the snowy plateau with more than 5,000 meters above sea level, Liu Yongzhong and his companions found a good residence. But this is just relative. The residence is a humble but warm hut with stoves, beds, tables and chairs and benches. At the same time, there are roasting hot dog sausage machines, drinks, and many varieties of ice cream, which makes Liu Yongzhong and his companions happy. "Like the New Year."

Looking back on this road, Liu Yongzhong's little accident and the prompt of seeing the "wolf here" in a roadside toilet, there are also reminders on the Internet that someone has been attacked by wolves here, Liu Yongzhong and others along the way are extremely extremely extremely extremely extremely extremely extremely extremely alert. In a road pier, Liu Yongzhong saw the shadow behind him, and he was drumming in his heart: "Don't be a wolf hiding behind?" Soon, those "shadows" flew up, two huge crows. Liu Yongzhong and his companions laughed.

There was no wolf, but Liu Yongzhong was chased by the dog for a while. At that time, on the construction site on the side of the road, the dogs suddenly followed and chased his bicycle. He did not take a dog stick, but he could only move forward desperately, panting, and finally got rid of the brave dog group.

Liu Yongzhong always described the insights all the way, calling it "extremely rare experience" -the road soil quality is too soft. He could only go down to the cart by insisting on riding. Ride more than 90 kilometers uphill on the wind; always on the uphill, the hip skin is worn, you can only rub the ointment at night, and continue the road the next day.

"My bicycle is now in the store in Lhasa. I plan to set off again in September and December to strive to complete the ring of China Riding China this year." Liu Yongzhong said.
