According to reports, Hainan Xinyu Food Trading Co., Ltd. has been committed to assisting local governments to create characteristic cultural towns since 2017. In 2018, the strategic plan for participating in the national "comprehensive poverty alleviation and rural rejuvenation" was involved in the launch of national e -commerce channels for 832 national poverty -stricken counties and agricultural and sideline products promotion and sales of leading enterprises in Xinjiang.
