It Repreents An Important Instificational Arrangement for Promotion Social and Economic Development and Enabling All People to Benefit from the Fruits OF Reform and Development.

It is a big problem for giving play to the people's livelihood guarantee safety network, income distribution regulator, and economic operating shock absorbers.

It serves as a safety net protecting people’s wellbeing, a regulatory mechanism adjusting income distribution, and a shock absorber that helps keep the economy running smoothly. Thus, the social security system is an extremely important part of stable and effective governance.
