This exercise scene simulated the rapid rise of the water level by the heavy rainfall of the Cuckoo Lake. One fishing enthusiast was trapped, and a large amount of floating objects accumulated in the flood port. It endangered the safety of the dam. At the beginning of the exercise, the County Flood Control Office set up a concluding instruction to various departments at the settlement of the Cuckoo Lake Wharf, and recorded and summarized the situations of various departments, carried equipment, emergency disposal, and other links. After the efforts of various departments, they successfully transferred to the trapped people, salvaged large floats on the lake, and reinforced dams. Each danger was effectively disposed of, and emergency drills successfully ended.

The exercise achieved the expected purpose, inspected the emergency response capabilities of each participation department, trained the team, strengthened the risk awareness of all units and departments, and enhanced the county's emergency teams in the county's overall coordination and emergency linkage capabilities for emergencies.
