Cuban artist Kwai Qiuyun's painting "Tropical Girls with Mask" is displayed in Haikou

New Hainan client, Nanhai.com, and South China Metropolis Daily July 27 (Reporter Chen Wang) On July 26, Cuban artist Kwai Qiuyun's painting "Tropical Girls with Mask" was exhibited in the Hainan Provincial Museum. The exhibition exhibited 12 outstanding works of Qiu Qiuyun. The work combines the Chinese elements with the Caribbean landscape, and the oriental techniques containing a variety of elements have achieved a unique integration in "The Tropical Girls of Mask".

The father of Cuban artist Kwang Qiuyun is Chinese, and her mother is Cuban, so she has a Chinese name "Qiu Qiuyun". She is very interested in Chinese culture. She integrates Chinese traditional calligraphy and painting elements into Western oil paintings with Caribbean style, forming her unique style of painting. Since the 1990s, Qiu Qiuyun has gradually risen in Cuba, even the Americas and European painting. Her works have been presented to foreign guests by the Cuban national leaders as national rituals.

"I like to observe others on the street. After the epidemic appears, people on the street are wearing masks. This is a picture that has never been before Cuba, and this mask memory will always stay in our history." Qiu Qiuyun said that the female family doctor wearing a mask on the street, the women under the epidemic of women who bought a daily purchase made her deeply touched her, so she determined the creative theme of combining women and masks.

Representatives of the Cuban Ambassador to China stated that Qiu Qiuyun represented a bridge between Cuba and the Asian giant in China.
