The existing fine -tailed sand treatment method is not only difficult to industrialized, but also has great hidden safety hazards. How should the predicament facing the industry be resolved? In October 2019, Wuhan University of Technology formed the "Person Science and Technology Team" to explore the application of new materials to remove the timing bomb of the tailings.

The term "Pentos" comes from the name of the Titan Twelve Gods in Greek mythology, which means "bravely". Qi Zexin, the core member of the team, told reporters that after the guidance of the teacher, she learned that the existing fine tail sand could not be filled back to the well because there were many technical bottlenecks. Relying on the communication platform in the school, Qi Zexin established the Person technology team with a complementary professional advantage in October 2019.

In 2021, the team expanded rapidly, and settled in Wuhan University of Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park in March to establish smart mines and ecological building dream workshops. Today, the team has brought together 50 members of the 13 colleges with complementary professional advantages.

With the joint efforts of teachers and students, the entrepreneurial team developed the Portos adapted agent that can crack the fine tail sand backfilling technology bottlenecks, and successfully cracked the technical bottleneck of fine tail sand backfill. Indoor tests and industrial experiments have proved that the amount of Petos adapted agent is small and high in quality and high quality in fine -grained tail sand, which can achieve zero -mining tail sand emissions, which is reduced by 40%for the comprehensive cost of mining.

On the basis of the key laboratory of Silicate State, the entrepreneurial team has conducted further technological innovation and application scenarios, and has designed a set of scientific and technological achievements. In 2021, the team's scientific research achievements have been conducted in industrial trials and successfully applied in various mines such as leading zinc ore and Guangxi Panlong.

At present, the team has more than 40 patents, published more than 50 papers, and has won more than 20 national, provincial, and school -level awards in key national competitions.
