According to statistics from the National 12315 platform, since August 2021, the 13 complaints involved in the store, including inconsistent with the value of the goods, the failure to provide installation services on time, and the commitment commitment. On July 28, 2022, the Guang'an Market Supervision and Administration Bureau and the Guang'an Municipal Consumer Council conducted a separate interview with the operators of the store.

In the interview, the Guang'an Market Supervision and Administration Bureau notified the complaint issues reported by consumers, and pointed out the harmfulness of their behavior, and put forward rectification requirements for operators. The interviewed operators stated the issues reflected by consumers, promised the rectification methods and deadlines, and signed administrative suggestions and administrative notices on the spot.

The relevant person in charge of the Guang'an Market Supervision and Administration Bureau said that the next step will be returned to the interviewed operator and supervised the rectification measures of their commitments. If the interviewed operators do not fulfill their legal obligations or implement rectification measures, they will issue a yellow card for consumer complaint warnings in a timely manner, investigate and deal with them in accordance with the law, and effectively protect consumers' legitimate rights and interests.

It is understood that the market supervision and management department interviews units with a large number of consumer complaints, which will help urge operators to consciously fulfill their legal obligations and social responsibilities, increase the awareness of integrity and law, and prevent the risk of resolving group consumer disputes.
