At 5:35 on July 28th, the Baoji Working section of the China Railway Xi'an Bureau Group Company's flood prevention and detention mesh staff found that he went to Shijia Beach K1319+830 ～+860. 30 meters and width of about 10 cm, immediately notify the station blockade. At 9:40, the water damage was further developed. The slope of the road collapsed about 11,000 cubic meters.

Longhai is in a hurry! After the water damage occurred, the Baoji Working Section immediately launched a flood prevention emergency plan, and quickly organized personnel, machinery, and materials to go to the scene for rescue. Duan's main leaders rushed to the site of the water damage site and the production safety command center of the section. As the slope of the roads continued to collapse and the risk factors continued, the Baoji Working section used drones to conduct a comprehensive observation of water harm scenes, analyzed the cause of water harm in detail, and scientifically developed a rescue plan. The plan, joint vehicle affairs, electricity, power supply, communication, China Railway Seventh Bureau Group, China Railway Bridge Bureau, etc. to conduct emergency repair. All parties have invested 1,440 personnel, 40 excavators, 8 classes in the loader, 60 steel rail piles, more than 1,200 stacked bags, and 10 cars of Shi Shi and 10 cars.
