According to Article 30 of the "Regulations on the Registration of Social Group Registration" and Article 25 of the Interim Regulations of the Registration Management Management of private non -enterprise units, social organizations and private non -enterprise units shall receive annual inspections of the registration management agency each year. After investigation, the following seven social groups and two domestic non -enterprise units have not participated in annual inspections for two consecutive years. According to the State Council's "Regulations on the Management of Social Group Registration" and "Interim Regulations on the Registration and Management of private non -enterprise units", administrative penalties for the withdrawal registration of the following social organizations are given.

Since the date of announcement, these nine social organizations must no longer carry out activities in the name of the original social organization. The legal person registration certificate, seal and financial voucher are invalidated. At the same time And within 15 days after the liquidation, go to the Municipal Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau to complete the cancellation of relevant procedures.

For illegal social organizations that have been canceled after the revocation of activities, our bureau will jointly punish relevant departments in accordance with the law and cause losses to citizens, legal persons or other organizations, and bear civil liability according to law.
